1:30-2:30pm - 2025 Regulatory Update from LLR - Johnnie Rose (1 hour)
In this session, Johnnie Rose, the administrator for the Environmental Certificate Board, will give an update and review of the LLR regulations for well driller licensing with specific concentration on recent changes and/or new requirements.

2:45-3:45pm - 2025 Regulatory Update from SCDES (formerly DHEC) - Greg Withycombe (1 hour)
In this session, Gre5g Withycombe with the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (formerly DHEC) Bureau of Water Private/Residential Wells Division will give an update and review on agency changes and regulations for proper well construction.

When booked over the meeting dates, these rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after our meeting based on availability. The resort's room rates are subject to 29.99% tax and resort fee. Parking is complimentary in the resort's parking garage.
